Jonathan Reeves

Jonathan Reeves is a decisive and collaborative crisis management leader with a focus on the tech sector and utility crisis management. He has 17 years of experience writing response and recovery plans, fostering partnerships, and developing training, and exercise programs to help organizations respond more effectively to minimize impacts to their customers and the community. He has real-world experience developing strategic direction and roadmaps for organizations to be prepared, equipped, and trained to respond to, and recover from, the impacts of disasters on their business. During his career he has led the response to many emergencies (Hurricane Sandy, Navy Yard Shooting, COVID Lockdown and return to operations at Facebook, 1Msqft Warehouse fires, Edwardsville Tornado), and has demonstrated the ability to identify hazards, monitor the situation during emergencies to look for opportunities to improve the response by developing detailed status reports and document lessons learned.

Jonathan supports Risk Resiliency’s clients with overall consulting in all areas of organizational resilience with a special focus on incident management and the utility sector.
